🕒 Availability:
We’re available most weekdays from 1:00–5:00 PM
and some weekends. We will try to accommodate wherever possible based on availability.
💵 Rates:
  • $40 minimum per Mustang (covers up to 1 hour)
  • $35/hour per Mustang thereafter

While Mustangs Work Force is fully insured, in an effort to keep costs affordable,
we are not liable for any damage to property or items.

Liability Waiver

Liability Waiver & Release of Responsibility
Customers will need to sign and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding services provided by Mustangs Work Force and its workers:
  1. Voluntary Services:
    I am voluntarily requesting labour services from Mustangs Work Force, which may include (but are not limited to): snow shovelling, yard work, moving assistance, manual labour, event setup/takedown, demolition, and handling of building materials.
  2. Assumption of Risk:
    I understand that the nature of these tasks may involve physical activity, use of tools, lifting, and interaction with property and personal items. I acknowledge that there is a risk of damage to property or items during the performance of these services.
  3. Release of Liability:
    I hereby release, waive, and discharge Mustangs Work Force, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any damage, breakage, or loss to any personal property, home, equipment, or items, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, during or after the provision of services.
  4. Insurance Coverage:
    While Mustangs Work Force carries general liability insurance, this waiver confirms that no individual worker or team member shall be personally liable for any incidental damage or loss.
  5. No Guarantees:
    Mustangs Work Force makes no guarantee as to the condition or preservation of fragile or high-value items. Clients are encouraged to move or secure such items before services begin.
  6. Binding Agreement:
    This agreement is binding upon myself, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. I have read and fully understand this waiver and sign it voluntarily.
